We have worked on developing watersheds in dry land areas and establishing rainwater harvesting systems while also regenerating water bodies in the operational area. This has resulted in revival of lost bio diversity in many places.

Under the RSWM intervention SEARCH has sensitized communities towards collection and segregation of the waste at source. Further, we have initiated implementation of the same in 3 villages.

To empower farmers in fighting climate change and generate sustainable income through agriculture, we have undertaken many initiatives including Training on Organic Farming, Water Management and Soil conservation.

To improve the overall health of the communities we work in, we have initiated construction of Toilets for families and communities apart from creating provision of safe drinking water for schools.

We have promoted FPOs with the support of NABARD and have enabled them to deal with various commodities like Flowers, Marine and Aqua Products, Vegetables, Dairy and Millet.
