Engage · Collaborate

Work with us.

Whether you’re a CSR partner, an institutional funder, a peer NGO, a volunteer, or someone who just wants to spend a season in the field — we have a way to work together. Pick the path that fits.

01 · Partners / CSR

Programmes, not short-term grants.

SEARCH’s CSR partnership model is built around multi-year programmes anchored in a single village or watershed cluster — not stand-alone events or one-time disbursements. The outcomes that matter (a recovered watershed, a federation that runs its own audit, a placed cohort of trainees) take two to five years; partnerships are structured around that timeline.

We host three kinds of partnership: multi-year programme partnerships, project-based partnerships scoped to a single watershed or cohort, and employee-engagement partnerships that bring CSR teams into the field for site visits, payroll giving, and skills-based volunteering.

Every partnership ships with audited reporting, quarterly programme briefings, on-site visits, and a stream of photo and video stories from the field.

02 · Volunteer

Field, office, remote.

SEARCH hosts a small but steady stream of volunteers each year. Tell us a little about you, what you’d like to work on, and how much time you can give.

  • Field placements — longer postings with the programmes team in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
  • Skills-based volunteering — short-term professional pro-bono contributions from architects, designers, statisticians, and communicators.
  • Internship programmes — structured placements for students and early- career professionals, with academic supervision when relevant.
  • Seasonal field campaigns — short cohort projects timed around a kharif or rabi cycle.

03 · Careers

Mission-driven roles, field-first orientation.

SEARCH hires programmes, M&E, communications, and operations talent across both states. Field exposure is the spine of every role — even the Hyderabad-based positions ship with quarterly site visits and an expectation that decisions are grounded in what’s actually happening in the village.

Growth paths run from coordinator to lead to programme manager. We hire for craft, evidence-orientation, and a willingness to spend the time it takes to learn the region. Specific vacancies are posted here when they open; between cycles we welcome expressions of interest.
